CLUBZERO REUSE ROUNDTABLE UK

ClubZero, the reusable packaging company (formerly CupClub), commissioned coverage of its Reuse Roundtable UK, bringing together policymakers, brand partners, and reuse-sector operators in London to discuss the practical barriers to scaling reusable packaging systems.

The brief covered two distinct needs: documentation of the roundtable itself, panel discussion and networking, and clean product photography of ClubZero's reusable cup system, which needed to read clearly in press and communications material without a studio setup.

Roundtable coverage prioritised genuine engagement over posed group shots, catching conversations between attendees during breaks and candid moments around the presentation screen rather than staged handshakes. ClubZero's founder Safia Qureshi featured throughout, identifiable by her name badge, in conversation with delegates rather than posed centre-frame.

Product shots were worked in around the live event, using the venue's own tables and window light rather than a separate studio setup, shallow depth of field isolating the ClubZero branding on each cup against a softly blurred room. This kept the product images visually consistent with the event photography rather than looking like a separate, bolted-on shoot.

The delivered set gave ClubZero assets for policy-facing communications, social proof of the roundtable's calibre, and clean product imagery for ongoing press and partner use.
